For the 25th anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall, 8,000 illuminated ballons retrace the course of the former inner city demarcation line. Social media is full of snapshots, and aerial photos of the city with the dots of light glowing where the Wall once stood are impressive. The ballons likely provide better visuals
