The Gentleman of Egypt is gone.
During our Project DEMVOTE that took place in may 2010, the Egyptian dictator was described as a Gentleman of Egypt who sits in office for more than twenty years.
Many thanks to the revolutionaries that risked their lives to bring this era of oppression and brutality in Egypt to an end. Many thanks to lovers of Africa both inside and outside the continent for their contributions both silently and loudly.
There are more gentlemen who sit more than twenty years in office in Africa and we want to remind them that if it could happen in Tunisia and now in Egypt the wave of change is coming to pass through their gates. Till then, let the lovers of Africa continue with the struggle for the total liberation of Africa.
Democracy and tolerance is a must for Africa.
Other gentlemen of Africa include:
Jose Santos of Angola – 32 years
Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea – 32 years
Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe – 31 years
Paul Biya of Cameroon – 29 years
Yoweri Museveni of Uganda – 25 years
Blaise Campore of Burkina Fasso – 24 years
Omar al-Bashir of Sudan – 21 years
Idrissu Deby Itno of Chad – 21 years
