Joe Berlinger, director of the acclaimed doc CRUDE which critically examines Chevron’s business dealings and possible pollution in Ecuador, is being sued by Chevron. They are suing to get him to turn over unreleased film footage. This however is tantamount to forcing him to reveal his sources.
