Controversial Exhibition Censored in Düsseldorf

A touring exhibition “The Nakba – Expulsion of the Palestinians in 1948″ created by the Association for Refugee Children in Lebanon has been censored by the the city of Düsseldorf,  capital of the federal state of North-Rhine Westphalia in Germany. The exhibition, which has traveled throughout Germany since 2008, has been seen by thousands of exhibition goers. The exhibition ran for a weekat a Dusseldorf school for adult education before being dismounted on court order on March 24, 2011.
